Our PMU certification program includes 300 training hours covering safety, facial anatomy, color theory, micropigmentation techniques, client consultation, and professional practice. Students train across five major PMU categories and complete supervised clinical procedures required for licensure qualification.

Oklahoma PMU License Requirements
To qualify for permanent makeup licensure in Oklahoma, students must meet state eligibility requirements and complete approved training hours and clinical procedures. The program prepares students to submit written exams and documented course completion for state evaluation.
PMU Techniques You Will Master
PMU Techniques You Will Master: Brows, Lips, Eyeliner, Areola Repigmentation, Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP).
Students receive structured training across core permanent makeup categories required for professional competency and clinical qualification.

Supervised Clinical Procedures
Students complete supervised live procedures under medical oversight to ensure safety, technique accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
Including: 6 Brow Procedures, 5 Lip Procedures, 5 Eyeliner Procedures, 1 SMP Procedure, 1 Areola Procedure.

Module 1 — Safety & Aseptic Technique
Infection control, bloodborne pathogens, sterilization, OSHA standards, PPE, autoclave protocols, and clinical sanitation requirements.
Module 2 — Facial Anatomy & Skin Science
Skin structure, wound healing, facial muscles, nerves, contraindications, medical conditions, and PMU safety factors.
Module 3 — Micropigmentation Equipment & Application
PMU machines, needle selection, pigment behavior, implantation depth, hand speed, and technique control.
Module 4 — Color Theory for PMU
Pigment science, undertones, Fitzpatrick scale, color correction, and professional pigment selection.
Module 5 — Client Consultation & Case Management
Client assessment, consent, contraindications, pre-care, aftercare, documentation, and professional communication.
Module 6 — Professional Practice & Regulations
OSDH regulations, ethics, licensing rules, insurance, record-keeping, marketing basics, and business setup.
Module 7 — PMU Procedures Training
Brows, eyeliner, lips, shading, correction work, areola, scars, and reconstructive applications with supervised instruction.
ASSESSMENT SECTION
Student Evaluation & Certification Requirements: Written Exams, Practical Demonstrations, Supervised Procedures, Technique Assessment, Attendance & Participation.
